Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the following transfers of interests have occurred in BREP Asia II Gold UK Holding L.P. (formerly known as BREP Asia II Collins UK Holding NQ L.P.), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP019568 (the “Partnership”), with effect from 8 April 2020

: i. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII-NQ L.P.;

ii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.TE.1-NQ L.P.;

iii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.TE.2-NQ L.P.;

iv. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.F-NQ L.P.;

v. Blackstone Family Real Estate Partnership (Offshore) VIII-SMD L.P.;

vi. Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) VIII-NQ-ESC L.P.; and

vii. BREP VIII SBS Holdings L.L.C.

each transferred 100% of their interests in the Partnership, including 100% of their capital contributions to:

i. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) IX L.P.;

ii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) IX.TE-F (AIV) L.P.;

iii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners IX (Offshore) (Trust) L.L.C.;

iv. Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) IX-ESC L.P.;

v. Blackstone Family Real Estate Partnership (Offshore) IX-SMD L.P.; and

vi. Blackstone Real Estate Partners IX (Offshore) (Lux) SCSp

in the respective percentages set forth in the books and records of the Partnership.

As a result of such transfers, each of the following were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

i. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) IX L.P.;

ii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) IX.TE-F (AIV) L.P.;

iii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners IX (Offshore) (Trust) L.L.C.;

iv. Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) IX-ESC L.P.;

v. Blackstone Family Real Estate Partnership (Offshore) IX-SMD L.P.; and

vi. Blackstone Real Estate Partners IX (Offshore) (Lux) SCSp

and each of the following ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership:

i. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII-NQ L.P.;

ii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.TE.1-NQ L.P.;

iii. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.TE.2-NQ L.P.;

iv. Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) VIII.F-NQ L.P.;

v. Blackstone Family Real Estate Partnership (Offshore) VIII-SMD L.P.;

vi. Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) VIII-NQ-ESC L.P.; and

vii. BREP VIII SBS Holdings L.L.C.
