NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD on 11 June 2020 at 10.30am and 10.45am respectively.

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

In order to comply with the current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members and creditors cannot take place. Virtual meetings will be held to provide members and creditors with the opportunity to participate. Any members and creditors wishing to participate are requested to submit their proxy forms by no later than 12 noon on 10 June 2020 indicating that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may access the virtual meetings at the required time.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD or by email to tkelly@mccambridgeduffy.com no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
