NOTICE is hereby given that on 31 March 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by City Blinds & Shutters Ltd incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Platinum House, 398 Townmill Road, Glasgow, G31 3AR (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 1 April 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, Insolvency Practitioner of 82 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NA to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets, particularly the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 and section 167 of and Parts I, II and III of paragraph 6 (being the power of sale) of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
