Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Shane Crooks, Malcolm Cohen and Emma Sayers, of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, were appointed joint liquidators by the Secretary of State on 26 March 2020.
