Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Official Receiver, having been appointed on 16 March 2010, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 13.5p in the £ to the unsecured creditors of Michael John Brown within a period of 2 months from the last date for moving.
Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 24 April 2020 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
