Notice is hereby given that on 5th March 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that HSR Building Services Ltd., with its Registered Office at 1 Cambuslang Court, Glasgow, G32 8FH be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 18th March 2020 ordained the said HSR Building Services Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
