A petition to wind up the above-named company Chevalier Technologies Limited (company number 06730598) (“the Company”) of 4 Vision Business Park, 41-44 Kendal Avenue, London, EC2R 5AA has been presented on 29 January 2020 by NT PROPERTY NOMINEES 1A LIMITED,NT PROPERTY NOMINEES 1B LIMITED, both of whose registered office is at 50 Bank Street, London, E14 5NT and LEGAL AND GENERAL ASSURANCE (PENSIONS MANAGEMENT) LIMITED whose registered office is at One Coleman Street, London EC2R 5AA (collectively “the Creditors”) whose address for service is Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 18 March 2020 at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
