THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PRESCRIBED ROUTES)(TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMIT REGULATIONS) (WIDTH LIMIT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to:-

PTO 1127

a) Allow motor vehicles to make a right turn into High Street (Hornchurch) from the new Lidl Supermarket and allow a right turn into the new Lidl Supermarket from High Street.

PTO 1128

a) Introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit in the following roads

1) Lee Gardens Avenue from the junction with Wingletye Lane

2) Dury Falls Close from its junction with Wingletye Lane

3) Tiptree Close

4) Benets Road

5) Ashby Close

6) Holme Road

7) Carisbrooke Close

8) Somerset Gardens

9) Caernarvon Close

10) Falkirk Close

11) Hedingham Road

12) Berkeley Drive

13) Firmley Avenue

14) Dunster Crescent

15) Berkeley Close

PTO 1129

a) Introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit in the following roads

1) Percy Road

2) Linley Crescent

3) Hainault Road

b) Vehicles exceeding 2.0m in width from proceeding in:

1) Percy Road at its junction with Mawney Road

PTO 1130

a) Introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit in the following roads

1) Amersham Road

2) Amersham Drive

3) Amersham Walk

4) Harlesden Close

5) Harlesden Road

6) Amersham Close

b) Full details are available for inspection together with the deposit documents for the orders referred to above and can be inspected for a period of 21 days either through www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or in the Public Advice and Service Centre, London Borough of Havering, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Friday. Further information may also be obtained via highways@havering.gov.uk.

c) Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
