NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 11.02 of The Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that the joint liquidators of the company intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors.
Creditors who have not yet proved their debts, are required, on or before 20 March 2020, to send to the undersigned Andrew Dolliver of Ernst & Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7DT, the joint liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.
The joint liquidators intend to declare the dividend within four months of 20 March 2020.
