In a summary application presented on 6 September 2019 at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in terms of section 6(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy in respect of Brent Taylor, residing at 1c Forthview Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2DE, on 23 January 2020, Sheriff A. Noble granted a disqualification order against Brent Taylor, ordering that for a period of nine years he shall not be a director of a company, or in any way, either directly or indirectly be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company unless he has the leave of the court, commencing from 13 February 2020. All of which intimation is hereby given.
