THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.30) ORDER 2020

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th January 2020 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

a) The general effect of the Orders will be as follows;

Dunloe Street

a) Adjust existing double yellow lines (DYL’s) along new southern kerbline

b) Remove all parking bays on the northern side and replace with DYL’s restrictions.

c) Remove all perpendicular parking bays from the southern side and replace with 67m of new parallel parking bays along new kerbline.

Fellows Court

d) Remove 5m of parking bay outside St Chad’s church and replace with DYL’s.

2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 13th January 2020, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours Mondays to Fridays, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. 3. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
