THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Orders will be as follows;

a. Albion Drive - Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 59 to 70 Fields Estate in Albion Drive with a residents’ parking space.

b. Ballance Road - Replace 6.6 metres of double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions on the western side of Ballance Road (opposite the side of No.1) with a disabled bay.

c. Beechwood Road - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 62 Beechwood Road (near its junction with Dalston Lane) with a 4 hour shared use bay.

d. Bevenden Street - Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay opposite 1 to 33 Finn House with a disabled bay and replace the remainder of the permit bay with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions.

e. Britannia Walk - Introduce 10 metres of “at any time” loading restrictions at the junction of Britannia Walk and Ebenezer Street.

f. Cecilia Road - Replace the disabled bay outside Norfolk House, Nos. 1 to 20 with a residents' parking space.

g. Clarence Road - Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 10 to 13 Robert Owen Lodge, Clarence Road with a shared use parking space.

h. De Beauvoir Crescent - Replace the disabled bay opposite No. 46 and Nos. 50 and 54, with a permit parking bay

i. Graham Road - Relocate the disabled bay from outside No. 23 to outside No. 25 and replace it with a residents' parking bay.

j. Gunton Road - Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside No. 43 Gunton Road with a disabled bay.

k. Hedgers Grove - Replace 6.6 metres permit parking outside the southern end of Selman House, near its junction with Cassland Road, with a disabled bay.

l. Laurel Street - Replace the bay outside No. 24 Laurel Street with a residents’ parking space.

m. Lee Street - Replace the disabled bay opposite Nos. 5 and 6 Lee Street with a shared use parking bay.

n. Lordship Grove - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 2 Lordship Grove with a permit parking space.

o. Moye Close Estate - Replace 3.6 metres of an echelon permit bay to the side of No. 8 Moye Close with a disabled bay.

p. Navarino Grove - Replace the disabled bay opposite No. 97 Navarino Grove with a residents’ parking space.

q. Overlea Road - Introduce a disabled bay outside No. 16 Overlea Road.

r. Pitfield Estate (Burtt House) - Replace 1.6 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions and 2 metres of permit parking located at the side of Burrt House, Pitfield Estate with a disabled bay.

s. Provost Street - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 27 Provost Street with a permit parking place.

t. Queensbridge Road - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 308 Queensbridge Road with a permit parking place.

u. Somerfield Road - Replace the shared use bay outside No. 3 Somerfield Road with “at any time” waiting and loading restrictions.

v. Trowbridge Estate (Daintry Way) - Replace an echelon permit bay to the side of No. 3 Inglesham Walk with a disabled bay (3.6 metres)

w. Tryon Crescent - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 58 Tryon Crescent with a permit parking bay

x. Yoakley Road - Replace 3.5 metres of shared use parking with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions.

3. Plans of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays for a period of 21 days from the date, on which this notice is published, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY. Further information may be obtained at www.hackneytraffweb.co.uk, or by contacting Helpdesk on 020 8356 8991 and quoting the above TT reference number.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetworks@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
