Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the South Carolina Retirement Systems consisting of the South Carolina Retirement System, the South Carolina Police Officers Retirement System, the Retirement System for Members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, the Retirement System for Judges and Solicitors of the State of South Carolina and the National Guard Retirement System acting by the South Carolina Retirement System Investment Commission (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to the South Carolina Retirement System Investment Commission as trustee for the South Carolina Retirement Systems Group Trust (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Pantheon Europe Fund V “A”, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Scottish limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005664 and that the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
