Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that HarbourVest GP LLC, on behalf of Dover X Associates L.P., on behalf of HarbourVest Dover Street X Investment L.P. transferred 5.76% of its interest in Bridgepoint Europe Portfolio IV LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020407 (the “Partnership”) to HarbourVest GP LLC, on behalf of Dover X Associates L.P., on behalf of Secondary Overflow Fund IV L.P.
