Heathrow Airport Limited GIVES NOTICE that it made the above Orders under Sections 6, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers.

The Order came into effect on 11th December 2019.

The general effect of the Orders is as described in the notice published in the London Gazette issue dated 4th December 2019.

Copies of the Order, together with full details, may be inspected by prior appointment at Mott MacDonald, Stoneham Place, Stoneham Lane, Southampton, Hampshire SO50 9NW (telephone 023 80628743), between hours 09:00-17:00 each day Monday to Friday, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published.

Any person wishing to question validity of this Order or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within six weeks of the date on which these Orders were made, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
