NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS
Take notice that a First Meeting of Creditors of PDV Insurance Company Ltd (In Liquidation) (the “Company”) in the above matter will be held at the offices of Deloitte Ltd., Corner House, 20 Parliament Street, Hamilton, HM12, Bermuda at 2:00pm Bermuda time on December 11, 2019
(i) to appoint a Permanent Liquidator(s); and
(ii) to determine whether or not a committee of inspection is to be appointed to act with the Permanent Liquidator (s), and who are to be members of the committee if appointed.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors of the above named Company are required on or before December 6, 2019 to submit their names and addresses and proof of their debts or claims to the undersigned, the Joint Provisional Liquidator of the said Company, at the offices of Deloitte Ltd., Corner House, 20 Parliament Street, Hamilton, HM12, Bermuda, to be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
Proxies and Proofs of Debt must be lodged at the above-mentioned address or via email at CBCBMRestructuring@deloitte.com on or before 5:00 PM Bermuda time on December 6, 2019.
Creditors who will attend the meeting via telephone must contact CBCBMRestructuring@deloitte.com on or before 5:00 PM Bermuda time on December 6, 2019 in order to secure the call-in details for this meeting.
