FORM 1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDERTOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

STOPPING UP FOOTPATH NEAR CORBET CLOSE ORDER 2019

The above order was made on 28th November 2019. The effect of the order will be to stop up the public footpath running adjacent to the river Wandle on its eastern bank between a footbridge over the river and the Hackbridge Road and create an alternative footpath instead on a line running from the footbridge to the east of the existing footpath with a fork at the southern end with two connections to Hackbridge Road and Corbet Close as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Civic Offices St Nicholas Way Sutton SM1 1EA from 9a.m. to 5pm. On working days (Monday to Friday). Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of 50p.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to London Borough of Sutton c/o South London Legal Partnership ( Ref AL)Gifford House 67c St Helier Avenue Morden SM4 6HY not later than 30th December 2019 . Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Sutton may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
