Leonardo Secondary Opportunities III SLP, LP

a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL018070 (the "Partnership")

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 31 October 2019, that:

(A) Leonardo Secondary Opportunities III (SLP GP) Limited ("General Partner I"), a general partner of the Partnership, transferred all of its right, title and interest held in the Partnership to Glendower Capital SOF IV (SLP GP) Limited ("New GP I").

(B) Leonardo Secondary Opportunities Fund III (Alternate GP), LP ("General Partner II"), a general partner of the Partnership, transferred all of its right, title and interest held in the Partnership to Glendower Capital SOF IV (Alternate GP), LLP ("New GP II").

Consequently on that date New GP I and New GP II were admitted as general partners of the Partnership and General Partner I and General Partner II ceased to be general partners of the Partnership.
