NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 12:00pm on 21 November 2019. The meeting will be held at Duff & Phelps Ltd, 24 St Stephen's Green, Dublin, D02 EK82.

The meeting is called pursuant to Rule 4.061 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, to consider and approve the Joint Liquidators' report on the progress of the Liquidation to date and also to pass resolutions in respect of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration.
