Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the Company are required on or before 20 November 2019 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidator of the Company, Giles Richard Frampton, IP number 7911 of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE. In default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of the claim.

A former subsidiary of the Company, Card Bar Limited, previously traded card and gift shops at various locations in the South West. Card Bar Limited subsequently went into Compulsory Liquidation on 8 February 2016. Guarantees may have been provided by the Company to creditors of Card Bar Limited. Such creditors may be entitled to prove against the Company for dividend purposes.
