NOTICE is hereby given to all persons having an interest that application has been made to the Court of Session by Eileen Blackburn, Chartered Accountant, of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY as Judicial Factor of the dissolved Firm of S&L Campbell, formerly having its principal place of business at The Baads Farm, Baads Road, Near Harthill, ML7 5TR for approval of a final scheme of division of the trust estate and for exoneration and discharge from her office.
Any person having an interest may lodge answers to the petition, Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 21 days after the date of this notice.
