SECTION 247 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

LAND AT GRANGE FARM ESTATE GRANGE FARM CLOSE, HARROW HA2 0QA

NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”) acting in its capacity as a local highway authority, has made an Order dated 7 October 2019 under section 247 of the above Act (as amended) entitled Land At Grange Farm Estate Grange Farm Close, Harrow HA2 0QA (Stopping Up Order 2019) to authorise the stopping up of highways at Grange Farm Estate Grange Farm Close, Harrow HA2 0QA to those areas known from a point 0m from the west channel of Osmond Close along the centreline of Grange Farm Close to a point 86m from the west channel of Osmond Place along the centreline of Grange Farm Close measuring a maximum length of 86.8m and a maximum width of 17.6m in the London Borough of Harrow comprising the area hatched and edged in black on the plan annexed to the Order.

Copies of the Order and the plan may be obtained free of charge from London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre Station Road Harrow HA1 2UH and may be inspected at the same address between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Mondays to Fridays or contact the Council at ben.schnell@harrow.gov.uk. The Order is also available on the Council’s website under https://consult.harrow.gov.uk/consult.ti

Any person aggrieved by the making of the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order (or of any provision contained therein) on the ground that the Order is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date of this notice, apply to the High Court for supervision or quashing of the Order of any provisions contained therein.
