Notice is hereby given by the Joint Special Administrators that a meeting of the creditors and clients of SVS Securities Plc is to be held at 11.00 am on 10 October 2019 at Lecture Hall, Central Hall Westminster, Storey's Gate, Westminster, London, SW1H 9NH. The meeting is an initial creditors’ and clients' meeting underParagraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as applied to special administration pursuant to Regulation 15 of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011).

The purpose of the initial meeting is to consider, and if thought fit, to approve the Joint Special Administrators' Proposals and to establish a Creditors Committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors and clients must submit to the Joint Special Administrators, not later than 12:00 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of their claim.
