Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 30 August 2019 (the “Effective Date”), Scandinavian Private Equity A/S (the “Transferor”), a limited partner in Litorina Kapital III, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011863, transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Cubera VIII LP acting by its general partner, Cubera VIII (GP) LP acting by its general partner Cubera VIII (GP) Limited (the “Transferee”), and consequently, on such date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
