THE LEWISHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lewisham Borough Council propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the provisions of sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general nature and effect of the Orders would be:
(a) on the west side of Lee Road, outside Nos. 15 to 21 Selwyn Court, to remove 6 metres of no waiting ‘at any time’ / loading only ‘at any time’ and replace it with no stopping 4pm to 7am except taxis / loading only 7am to 4pm;
(b) on the south-west side of Montpelier Vale, outside Nos. 45 to 49 Montpelier Vale, to remove 8 metres of no waiting ‘at any time’ / loading only ‘at any time’ and replace it with no stopping 8pm to 3am except taxis / loading only 3am to 8pm;
(c) on the west side of Montpelier Vale, outside Nos. 3 to 11 Montpelier Vale, to remove approximately 22 metres of no waiting Mondays to Fridays 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 6.30pm / no loading Mondays and Tuesdays 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm, Wednesdays 7am to 10am and 1pm to 7pm and Thursdays and Fridays 7am to 7pm and replace it with no waiting ‘at any time’ except taxis 8pm to 3am / no loading Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm.
3. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the office of Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, 1st Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU.
4. Any objection or other representations relating to the proposed Orders must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should be either: emailed to ParkingDesign@lewisham.gov.uk or posted to Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, 1st Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘Lee Road/Montpelier Vale’, to arrive not later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice. Any objection may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
