TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 June 2019, Vintage I Limited transferred its entire interest in Investindustrial III, LP (the "Partnership") to Private Equity Strategic Opportunities Fund III D, L.P. and, following such transfers, Vintage I Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
