The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Marathon Oil U.K. LLC (now known as Rockrose UKCS8 LLC) whose address is 91 Wimpole Street, London W1G 0EF for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the West Brae Well WPOZ and West Brae Extension Manifold.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 247.2 Millimetre Production pipeline shall only be used to convey Produced Fluids; the 118.5 Millimetre Gas Lift pipeline shall only be used to convey Lift Gas; the 118.5 Millimetre Control Umbilical shall only be used to convey Hydraulic, Demulsifier, Methanol, Wax Inhibitor and Electrical and the 89.1 Millimetre Control Umbilical shall only be used to convey Hydraulic, Demulsifier, Methanol, Wax Inhibitor and Electrical.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Marathon Oil U.K. LLC have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
