Notice is hereby given that on 9 July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highlands and Islands at Aberdeen by Harold Salvesen, formerly director of Findrack Venture Capital Limited, craving the court, inter alia, that Findrack Venture Capital Limited, having its registered office at Findrack, Torphin, Banchory AB31 4LJ be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 9 July 2019 ordered that a copy of the Petition be published on the walls of court and like copies be served upon the Registrar of Companies and the Lord Advocate and ordains any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Aberdeen within 8 days of such intimation, service and advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
