Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

On 1 July 2019, DB Secondary Opportunities Fund C, LP transferred to Amberbrook VII LP its entire interest in the Partnership.

As a result of the transfer narrated above, Amberbrook VII LP has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and DB Secondary Opportunities Fund C, LP has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
