Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that on 14/05/2019 Pentagon Trust transferred to Trevor John Reeve the interest held by it in the MW Private Investors (Beech Properties) Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017504) and that with effect from that date Trevor John Reeve became a limited partner in the Partnership.
