ITW Holdings LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the "Act"), that on 1 January 2019 ITW Holdings II Limited transferred the entire interest held by it in ITW Holdings LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered under the act with registered number LP017161, to ITW Holdings V Limited. Consequently, ITW Holdings II Limited has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
