NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Weybourne Group Limited has transferred to Weybourne Holdings Pte. Ltd. all of the interest held by it in 17Capital Fund 3 L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL16579 and consequently, Weybourne Group Limited has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
