1. The winding-up of Sturgeon Central Asia Balanced Fund Ltd ("Company"), which is subject to the control of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, is hereby recognized as foreign main proceedings pursuant to Article 17 of the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 ("CBIR"); and

2. Roy Bailey and Keiran Hutchison of EY, joint provisional liquidators of the Company, be recognized as foreign representatives, pursuant to the provisions of the CBIR.
