NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 25 April 2019 at 10.15 am, for the purpose of: Seek agreement from creditors of the appointment of the Liquidator, Invite creditors to appoint a creditors’ committee and if no committee appointed; To consider a resolution fixing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration Authorising payment of Category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance to firms policy, The attendees of the virtual meeting may also receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.
