Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 13 March 2019, Arie Pilo ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership (a limited partnership carrying on business at 34th Floor, 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY, United Kingdom) and CCI EPAH GP LLP was appointed as general partner to the Partnership in Arie Pilo's place. As such, Arie Pila has ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership and CCI EPAH GP LLP has become a general partner in the Partnership.
