Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 28 February 2019, Wolverhampton City Council (the “Transferor”) transferred its interest in SEP III (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £70 to a new limited partner, LCP IX Holdings, L.P. The Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
