A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office is at 18 Lipizzaner Fields, Whitley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7BH, presented on 8 February 2019 by AGA SCAFFOLDING LTD, whose Registered Office is at 602 6th Floor, 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 7BA, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 9 April 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
