Notice is given by Matthew Douglas Hardy that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 12 March 2019 at 11.30AM. The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is to establish whether Creditors would wish to fill open vacancies in the Liquidation Committee. There are currently three vacancies available and, in order to have a valid/quorate Committee, at least one vacancy must be filled.

Should the minimum (1) vacancy not be filled, the Joint Liquidators will then be seeking to put forward to Creditors resolutions in relation to their further remuneration and authorising them to draw category 2 disbursements.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Poppleton & Appleby, 30 St. Paul's Square, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1QZ by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
