Pursuant to an order of the High Court on 6 February 2019 Gavin Geoffrey Bates shall be removed as trustee in bankruptcy and Gary Steven Pettit be appointed in his place. Furthermore, Gavin Geoffrey Bates shall be released from office with effect from 7 days of the date of this notification being published.
