Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25/08/2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/12/2018 , I, AIMA ALI ADAM, 48 LESLIE PARK ROAD, CROYDON, CR0 6TP, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of FATIMA SHAHZEB KHAN and assumed the name of AIMA ALI ADAM.
