Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 January 2019, George Andrew Davidson Briggs (the "Transferor") transferred to Felicity Claire Singh (the "Transferee") his interest in Amadeus V Technology Fund LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP019117 and that with effect from and including 1 January 2019, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as limited partners.
