Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH 28 days notice required Wednesday 27th February 2019 at 11:00AM for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
