NOTICE OF THE CESSATION AND APPOINTMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERS FOR

Big Issue Invest Social Enterprise Investment Fund LP

The Big Issue Invest Social Enterprise Investment Fund LP (LP01373) having its principal place of business at 113 - 115 Fonthill Road, London N4 3HH (the "Partnership") hereby gives notice that Panahpur ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 5 December 2018 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in their name was assigned to Project Snowball LLP.

The Big Issue Invest Social Enterprise Investment Fund LP (LP01373) having its principal place of business at 113 -115 Fonthill Road, London N4 3HH (the "Partnership") hereby gives notice that The Golden Bottle Trust ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 5 December 2018 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in their name was assigned to Project Snowball LLP.

The Big Issue Invest Social Enterprise Investment Fund LP (LP01373) having its principal place of business at 113 -115 Fonthill Road, London N4 3HH (the "Partnership") hereby gives notice that The Marple Charitable Trust ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 5 December 2018 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in their name was assigned to Project Snowball LLP.
