Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 5 December 2018, Amanda Wade (IP number 9442) of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU was removed as Joint Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Stephen Hunt (IP number 9183) of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG (telephone 020775 49600) was appointed as Sole Office Holder in her place.

It is ordered that:

1. Each of the County Court cases listed in the Schedule, in so far as there are currently proceedings in the County Court or in a District Registry, be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, for the purpose only of making this order, and following this Application the cases be returned to the appropriate District Registry of County Court;

2. Amanda Wade be removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedule (all cases referred to above together being known as block transfer cases) from the date of this order.

3. The creditors in each of the block transfer cases be notified of this order by advertisement published in the London Gazette within 28 days of the date of the Order by way of advertisement in the London Gazette.

4. Any creditor, in respect of any of the estates listed in the Schedule who has an objection to this Order do have permission to apply to the Court on notice of the Applicants, within 28 days of the advertisement referred to in paragraph 3 of this Order for the purposes of applying to vary or discharge the Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor. Any such notice should be addressed to Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG and marked for the attention of Ian Ramsay.
