The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 26 November 2018 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Mrs Elizabeth Patricia Gilroy, to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of The Stewartry of Kirkcudbright.
