Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the order of His Honour Judge Simon Barker QC dated 14 November 2018 (the Order) made in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, case number 8014 of 2018 (the Court)

Richard Albert Brock Saville of Church House, 13–15 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BS was removed from the office of Joint Liquidator of the companies listed above and that the remaining office-holder, Andrew John Cordon (also of Church House, 13–15 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BS), continues as sole Liquidator in respect of those same companies.

Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Joint Administrator of the companies listed above and that the remaining office-holder, Andrew John Cordon, continues as sole Administrator in respect of those same companies.

Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Joint Liquidator of the companies listed above and that the remaining office-holder, Andrew John Cordon, continues as sole Liquidator in respect of those same companies.

Compulsory Liquidation

Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Liquidator of the companies listed above and that Andrew John Cordon was appointed as sole Liquidator of those same companies.

Individual Voluntary Arrangements

Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Joint Supervisor of the Voluntary Arrangements of the individuals listed above and that the remaining office-holder, Andrew John Cordon, continues as Supervisor in respect of those same Voluntary Arrangements.

Bankruptcy

Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Trustee in Bankruptcy of the individuals listed above and that Andrew John Cordon was appointed as sole office-holder of those same individuals.

Limited Liability Partnerships

That Richard Albert Brock Saville was removed from the office of Joint Liquidator of the LLPs listed above and that Andrew John Cordon continues as sole Liquidator in respect of those same LLPs.

Richard Albert Brock Saville shall receive his release as administrator, liquidator, supervisor or trustee in bankruptcy in respect of the cases listed above 7 days after filing notice of his removal with the Registrar of Companies in respect of the companies and LLPs listed above or the giving of notice to creditors in accordance with this Order in any other case, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor, member or individual in respect of any specific insolvency subject to the Order.

The costs of and occasioned by the court application resulting in the Order were ordered to be paid as an expense of the cases affected and apportioned equally between but with no one case bearing any more than 10% of the available funds in that case.

Any creditor, member or individual in respect of any of the companies, individuals or LLPs listed above who has any objection to the Order or its effects, has 28 days from the date of this notice to apply to the Court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall (a) not affect the transfer of the cases listed above until further or other Order by the court and (b) is to be made on written notice to Richard Albert Brock Saville care of Ashton Bond Gigg, Pearl Assurance House, Friar Lane, Nottingham NG1 6BX (reference AN.018201).
