Any Creditor who objects to the Order or any other person affected by it may make an application to the Court on notice to Messrs J A Dickinson & R H Davis of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN, or Stephen M Katz of David Ruben and Partners 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE within 21 days of the advertisement date for the purposes of varying or discharging the order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor.
The costs of and occasioned by this Application shall be paid by Carter Backer Winter LLP and will not prejudice the Applicant and Respondents from charging each individual estate the cost of obtaining an Insolvency Practitioners licence bond in respect of that estate; and/or apportioning between the said estates equally the cost of the composite advertisement of the appointments to be placed in the London Gazette.
