Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 October 2018, Private Equity Selection 3 Compartiment 1, acting through and represented by Amundi Private Equity Funds transferred to PineBridge Secondary Partners III, SLP and Private Equity Selection 3 Compartiment 2, acting through and represented by Amundi Private Equity Funds transferred to PineBridge Secondary Partners IV, SLP, 100% of the interests held by each of them in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 2 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11713 (the "Partnership"), and on that date each of PineBridge Secondary Partners III, SLP and PineBridge Secondary Partners IV, SLP were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and each of Private Equity Selection 3 Compartiment 1 and Private Equity Selection 3 Compartiment 2 ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
