Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council proposes to make an order under sub-sections 247 (2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”), the general effect of which will be to authorise the stopping up of a 0.2 square metre area of the highway North Wharf Road to enable development to be carried out at the premises 55-65 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1LA, which includes the erection of a new building in place of the building in 2015 at those premises, resulting in an advancement of a 0.55 length of the ground floor external wall of that building on to the highway North Wharf Road.

The part of the highway that the order would be authorise to be stopped up is triangular in shape and extends by a maximum distance of 0.23 metres across a 0.55 metres length of the highway North Wharf Road. National Grid Reference of the part of highway North Wharf Road to be stopped up is 526563, 181555

The order and plan identifying the location of the highway proposed to be stopped up may be inspected free of charge between 11am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, during a period of 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person may, within that period, object to the making of the order by notice to Westminster City Council, at City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP. Please quote reference DP/HP/JRP/201808119 in any such notice.
