Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

i. ASF Peak, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in CEP III AIV Z, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013708 (the “Partnership”), to Matisse 401, LP;

ii. BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. on behalf of the European Balanced Portfolio transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to SP Lauderdale Acquisitions, L.P.;

iii. Bourdigny Investments Limited transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to Partners Group Mistral Access, L.P.; and

iv. Private Equity Opportunities Fund I SCS-SIF transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to ASF Arena, L.P.

As a result of the transfers detailed above, each of the following were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership:

a) Matisse 401, LP;

b) SP Lauderdale Acquisitions, L.P.;

c) Partners Group Mistral Access, L.P.; and

d) ASF Arena, L.P.

and each of the following ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership:

a) ASF Peak, L.P.;

b) BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. on behalf of the European Balanced Portfolio;

c) Bourdigny Investments Limited; and

d) Private Equity Opportunities Fund I SCS-SIF.
